I have been a member of NAVA for five years now, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize some truly wonderful people who have made such a difference in my experience. My journey with NAVA began after I discovered that my liver function levels were elevated. Having lost my mother to cirrhosis five years after she was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, I was terrified. I had watched her struggles firsthand and knew I needed to take my health seriously. That is what originally brought me to NAVA, and five years later, I am still here! The wonderful experience starts the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by Romina. She always has a smile on her face, seems to know everyone, and is an absolute wealth of information! Anytime I have had an issue or needed help, Romina has jumped right in and taken care of it quickly. She truly makes you feel welcome and valued. I also want to give a special shout-out to Hugo in the call center! I will admit, there was a time when I absolutely dreaded calling NAVA's call center. It could be frustrating, to say the least. But things have really improved, and Hugo is a big reason why I now feel so much better about calling. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Best of all, when Hugo says he will call you back, HE ACTUALLY DOES! I love that he remembers who I am and always makes me feel like I am speaking with someone who genuinely cares. There is also another fantastic young woman in the call center whose name I just cannot recall at the moment. She is another absolute gem! Always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. I promise to come back and update this review as soon as I remember her name because she certainly deserves recognition too! NAVA has really come a long way with its call center team, and I appreciate that. Over the years, I have worked with many wonderful people, including my former nutritionist, Nour, who was fantastic! I am currently working with Samantha, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is focused, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me improve my health. She takes the time to go through all my lab results, explain what they mean, and discuss what we can do to make improvements. My husband also works with Samantha, and we both think she is wonderful! My current nutritionist, Colleen, is another gem. She is always thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I truly appreciate the time and attention she gives me. And let's not forget the massage therapists! I definitely make good use of my massage credits, and Cara, Andrea, and Lily are all AMAZING! Each brings something special to the table, and you honestly cannot go wrong with any of them. They are all fantastic at what they do! Has everything been perfect over the past five years? Of course not. There have been some bumps along the way, and I have certainly experienced a few frustrations. But what matters to me is seeing improvements and having people who genuinely care about making things right. In my opinion, NAVA has a GOLDEN CREW at its Fairfax location, along with some wonderful people in the call center! These employees deserve recognition for the care, dedication, and personal attention they give their patients every day. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my health journey over these past five years. It truly means more than you know! I had an excellent session with Colleen who is a knowledgable and helpful nutritionist. I was able to get feedback that related to my lab tests and gave me direction with the plan designed to help me heal my gut issues. She offered insight and a better understanding of the foods, supplements and strategies needed to make the plan more effective. Romina is an absolute gem and an exceptional representative of NAVA in Fairfax. She consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers, even on short notice, and makes every possible effort to find room in the schedule when help is needed. She is always easygoing, gracious, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. What stands out most is that Romina truly lives and breathes the NAVA brand. Her confidence in the products and services she represents is evident in every interaction, and that kind of sincere enthusiasm speaks volumes about both her character and the quality of the company. NAVA is fortunate to have someone as dedicated, personable, and customer-focused as Romina representing them. Three years in and I’m still the person referring everyone I know. My work demands everything—long days, a packed schedule, people counting on me. Nava is where I actually take care of myself instead of just saying I will. I use their full spectrum: gut restore, IV therapy, acupuncture, massage, supplements, facial services. It’s part of my routine now, not an occasional splurge. What keeps me coming back is their team. They know my name, know my needs, and treat you like you matter.
