She is always easygoing, gracious, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. What stands out most is that Romina truly lives and breathes the NAVA brand. Her confidence in the products and services she represents is evident in every interaction, and that kind of sincere enthusiasm speaks volumes about both her character and the quality of the company. Three years in and I’m still the person referring everyone I know. My work demands everything—long days, a packed schedule, people counting on me. Nava is where I actually take care of myself instead of just saying I will. I use their full spectrum: gut restore, IV therapy, acupuncture, massage, supplements, facial services. It’s part of my routine now, not an occasional splurge. What keeps me coming back is their team. They know my name, know my needs, and treat you like you matter. I’m updating my review because management took the time to call me, listen to my concerns, and acknowledge that the website and enrollment process need improvement. I truly appreciate that level of accountability and their willingness to listen to customer feedback. My original concerns still remain: the required initial evaluation should be clearly stated on the website, customers should have the ability to contact their local office directly, and customer service representatives would benefit from a better understanding of the membership structure so they can provide clearer guidance. That said, I genuinely like Nava Health’s overall concept and had a very positive experience with their healthcare professionals. I was a patient for over a year before temporarily relocating to another state. Had I not moved, I likely would have continued my care there and probably would never have encountered these enrollment issues.
