- Currently enrolled or accepted into an accredited college or university in the United States.
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as integrative health, functional medicine, nutrition, biology, nursing, or other health sciences.
- Must be a legal resident.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Must submit a certain amount of word original essay aligned with the scholarship prompt.
