Jena Salisbury completed her undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University and a master’s certificate in holistic health in 2012. She immediately started working in functional medicine and fell in love with food first medicine.
She completed her master’s degree from Sonoran University in AZ and received her master’s certification as a CNS Clinical Nutrition Specialist in 2022. Jena is also a reiki teacher and Urevia master and enjoys coaching along with understanding the human body’s biochemistry. She has a small family with her partner, two kids, and a dog.
She loves cooking, gardening, staying active, and traveling.
