NavaRewards Terms & Conditions

Our valued Nava clients are the best source of referrals. To show appreciation, after becoming a Nava member and, your first completed appointment or purchase, you will receive a unique NavaRewards code. You can also access your code and unique link through your Nava User Profile.

When a referral results from your unique code, you will earn 50 dollars of NavaRewards. Nava members can earn double the reward dollars for referrals based on different Nava Membership tiers.

Nava Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of NavaReward Rules and any Rule Changes. Your continued participation in NavaRewards will constitute your acceptance of any such Program Rule Changes.

Modification of NavaRewards. Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, the Company has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel NavaRewards Rules and Awards, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points or the ability to obtain certain Awards.

Termination of NavaRewards. The Company may terminate NavaRewards with six (6) months’ advance notice to all active Members. At the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may choose to substitute a similar rewards program for the NavaRewards program at any time immediately upon notice to active Nava Members. A Member may not accumulate Points or claim Awards, NavaRewards benefits or amenities after the termination of NavaRewards. If NavaRewards is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no Award claims will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period. The Company may terminate any of NavaRewards in whole or in part, in any jurisdiction on less than six months’ notice if required to do so by applicable law.

Redemption of NavaRewards. Any amount of NavaRewards you accumulate can be used toward Nava services and therapies, except where prohibited by applicable law. In addition, NavaRewards can be used to purchase Nava products.

By becoming a Nava member, and using the NavaRewards number you were assigned to receive and redeem benefits of NavaRewards, including, without limitation, NavaRewards Points, you agree that:

  • you have read and accepted the above stated NavaRewards Terms & Conditions, and you have read and accepted the Client Terms of Service which are incorporated by reference herein; and
  • you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data by the Company, NavaRewards, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

NavaRewards Exclusions. NavaRewards may not be earned and may not be used by individuals who are enrolled in a Federal health care program, in connection with services/treatments that are covered by such Federal health care program. Federal health care programs include many government programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), CHAMPUS, TriCare, and other benefit programs administered by the Veterans Health Administration.
